About Liam Atwal and His Journey

The path that has led me here has been bumpy and winding as life often is. I’ve been bridging the gaps from feeling lost after completing a science degree, to then studying how people think and work (psychology and philosophy), while also trying to continue on my own journey of self-acceptance and spirituality which has ultimately led me to developing a unique approach to coaching and therapy.​
I've been fortunate enough to cross paths with some of the leading psychologists and psychotherapists in the fields of Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Existential Therapy and Psychoanalysis. My approach takes elements from all of these but is more pluralistic: there are many different routes we can take on your coaching journey and we will explore these together.
For the past 12 years I've been helping people with their mental health, personal growth and development by finding their way back onto the right track. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, stuck or lost, I will help you find clarity and self-motivation. I will also teach you techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life, to develop courage and compassion and to re-focus on moving forward in the best possible way.
